Q How fast and how many sessions does it usually take for one to
achieve the same results as any one of your advertised models?
  A  At Esthetika, every session is personalized and completely customized
for your needs from a comprehensive range of treatments, and the speed
of weight loss will differ from one person to another. However, in order to
be sure of achieving your targeted results within a designated period,
regular sessions and sensible healthy eating habits are essential.
Q How do I maintain my weight and body shape after
completion of my program?
  A  It's so easy. Once you have achieved your desired figure, you can maintain
it by following a balanced sensible healthy eating plan. Should you
need extra advice, you can always drop by our centres for a monthly
visit with our Nutritionist and Consultants.

Q What is the cost of the program?
  A The cost of the program can be determined only
upon body fat analysis. Every individual's body
fat and general health condition is different,
therefore you have to come in for a personalized
consultation to enable us to assess the actual
number of slimming sessions required.
 
Q Do we need to start on an exercise routine and/or
take any slimming food supplements with the
Esthetika Slimming Program?
  A  No. Following a sensible healthy eating plan which
includes regular well-balanced meals in moderate serving
size portions is encouraged as it helps you achieve
your goal better, and is a general guideline to good health.
Routine exercise is not compulsory during the program.
However, physical activity such as swimming,
brisk walking and some stretching could complement
the program by contributing to a feeling of well-being.
